Clients DO NOT have the right to mint/sell their commissions for NFTs.
Meta commissions may cost extra depending on familiarity with media in question.
Certain types of content may cost extra and will be discussed depending on complexity and artist's needs.
All payments are carried out through Paypal.
25% of the total cost must be made as a down payment before sketching begins and 100% must be paid after sketch has been approved.
Refunds for commissioned pieces will not be granted.
Minor revisions will be allowed but major revisions will accrue further costs.
Revisions after the final commissioned piece has been submitted will be treated as a completely new commission and will be charged as such.
Prices listed on this page are strictly for non-commercial works. Commercial rights can be discussed but the price will be higher.
Payments will be made through invoices which will contain terms and conditions.

General Terms and Conditions

Specific terms and conditions pertaining to your commission will be sent with your invoice, these are the other terms and conditions.

I. Timeline and Scope of Work
                a. The artist will submit a sketch before proceeding with the final commissioned piece.
                b. Once the sketch has been approved, major changes will not be allowed.
                
                II. Payment.
                a. The artist requires a 25% down payment before sketching, and 100% after the sketch has been approved.
                b. Refunds for commissioned pieces will not be granted.
                
                III. Revisions
                a. Minor revisions to the commissioned piece will be allowed.
                b. Major revisions will accrue further costs.
                c. Revisions after the final commissioned piece has been submitted will be treated as a completely new commission and will be charged as such.
                
                IV. Copyright and Reproduction
                The artist reserves the right to:
                a. Include the commissioned work in portfolios, online profiles/pages, commission sheets, etc.
                b. Modify, edit, and repurpose the commissioned piece.
                c. Claim the commissioned piece as their own work.
                The commissioner and other parties may not:
                d. Include the commissioned work in portfolios, online profiles/pages, commission sheets, etc.
                e. Modify, edit, and repurpose the commissioned piece without explicit permission from artist.
                f. Claim the commissioned piece as their own work.
                g. Post the commissioned piece online WITHOUT proper credits to the artist/artist site/profile
                h. Mint or sell the commissioned piece as an NFT (Non-Fungible Token).
                i. Sell the commissioned piece for a profit.
                
                This artwork is for PERSONAL USE only.  The artist retains all rights to the artwork(s).
                
                By paying the invoice, you agree to the terms and conditions for this commission.
